Let’s be honest – NHS physio can be a bit hit and miss.
Don’t get us wrong, the physios are brilliant… but the system? Not always set up for proper rehab. If you’ve had a few sessions, been discharged, and thought “I’m still not right though…” – you’re not alone.
We hear it every single week.
Here’s what we see most often:
A lot of NHS pathways only offer 1–3 sessions – which just isn’t enough for anything more than the mildest of issues. You might start to feel a bit better… then boom, back to square one.
Three weeks between sessions? That’s a lifetime in rehab. Momentum is everything, and if you’re left waiting, your progress stalls.
NHS physios often don’t have the time to tailor every plan. You get a sheet of exercises, maybe a quick demo, and you’re sent off. It’s a start, but it doesn’t always fix the problem.
You’re not broken – you just need a proper plan
If you’re still in pain, that doesn’t mean you’ve failed or that physio “didn’t work”. It just means your body needs a bit more time, more guidance, and a better structure.
And that’s exactly where we come in.
We’re a private clinic – but we don’t believe in stuffy, white-coat nonsense. You get:
We’re all about helping you take control again.
If you’re still in pain – don’t wait for it to go away on its own (it usually doesn’t). And you don’t need to go straight back to the GP either.
Instead, book in with one of our physios for a proper second opinion.
We’ll figure out what’s actually going on – and map out a plan to get you back to doing the stuff you love.
